Rancho La Salud Village is the first sustainable co´housing community in Mexico, a place where you can build your own house in a community by design, choosing from 3 main models: Garden House, Townhouse and a Pool suite. When somebody buys at Rancho La Salud Village they are buying community. The community includes a home with, potable water systems, solar energy production, bio digesters systems, rain water collection, pool/spa/gym, a conference center, organic community garden, collective parking area, electric shuttle carts, clubhouse, administration building and pedestrian walks.
