It’s time to put your imagination back a few hundred years and visit Casa Molino and Troje (Silo) of El Cortijo. This is a property with natural and cultural heritage dating back hundreds of years.In the first half of the XVIII Century, a grain mill was built in the south of Atotonilco, that operated with hydraulic energy and a Silo to store the grist. You will also find the open yard and the stone “troje” or grain silo that was built during one of Mexico’s viceroyalties, more than 300 years ago.
